Milt has been a Realtor and Real Estate Broker since 1969.  Although he specializes in commercial/investment real estate, he owned his own large residential real estate office for several years. 

  In 1973 he earned the designation of CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member
  of the National Association of Realtors, a professional designation earned by only a few thousand of the over one million Realtors nationwide.

  During his active membership years as a Realtor, he served as a member of the board of directors, member and chairman of professional standards and education chairman of his
  local board of Realtors.

  He was an active Realtor for about 25 years.  A few years ago he resigned his Realtor membership and now concentrates on marketing his real estate investment products on the Internet and mentoring beginning investors.

  Milt has been guest speaker at Realtor conventions, apartment building owner meetings,  investor club meetings and more.  He has been interviewed on several radio programs.

  Milt has published five books on real estate for Prentice Hall Division of Penguin./Putnam Company.  The first, “Real Estate Investments and How to Make Them” is currently in
  it’s fourth edition and has sold over a quarter of a million copies.  Coupled with the software programs being offered on this website, anyone can learn to be successful as a real estate investor using the same techniques used by the pros. 

  For several years he gave seminars on real estate investing to the general public as well as Realtor organizations.  His twelve hour seminar was also offered as a taped live
  program with the book and a workbook.  He taped a thirty minute “infomercial” which aired on local TV stations nationwide, back when infomercials were a new idea and were not yet tagged, “infomercials”.

  Starting in the Spring of 2008, Milt will be giving his 12 hour investment seminars live on the campus of Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton.  Learn More
